20 minute Initial Phone Consultation- Free

This consultation is to determine your overall health challenges and needs. Lindsay will listen carefully to establish an understanding of your goals, and let you know if she can help. If your needs are beyond her scope, Lindsay will let you know, and will find you someone that can help.

Homeopathic Treatment

Initial case: $200 (2.5 hours)
Follow-ups: $100 (monthly visit, 45 minutes to an hour)
E-mail follow-up, once a week: Free

Nutrition Programs

Do it Yourself Nutrition Program $200

• Best suited for people that are self motivated, and want a basic take home plan to follow on their own, with no added costs of follow ups or coaching
• If coaching desired, follow ups are $60 a session

• Best suited for people committed to attaining their goals, within a time frame
• Personalized program targeted at weight loss and looking many years younger
• Removing gray hair, wrinkles, bags, and toning muscles
• Losing inches and pounds

Program Includes:

• Eight free follow ups (2 months) once a week for accountability
• Counselling to help patient's achieve goals in a speedy time scale
• Teach patient's the tools they need to maintain their dietary regime
• Tour of The Big Carrot.
• Recipes for the patient's specific needs
• Resources to internet sites and information that patient's can keep for a lifetime

Ultimate Program $650

• Best suited for patient's that want to heal emotional eating patterns to avoid gaining the weight back, and staying healthy
• Includes the Total Body Makeover Plan, plus a homeopathic consultation
